What is your return policy?

What I request from anyone ordering soap from me ...is this....

- If for any reason, you have a negative reaction from using any of my soap products:

1. Please notify me immediatley, and STOP using the item
2. Write what happened, add pictures if possible
3. Send all used & unused item(s) back to me within 60 days (total time, including Mon-Sun) of your receipt. 

Once I receive all used and unused items, I will issue you a full refund, including what you paid to send to send the item(s) to me.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. I will notify you of the price(s) of the product, plus New York State Tax (8%)

 

Do you create custom gift sets?

At this time we do not offer gift sets or gift baskets, however in the near future we will be.

 

How do I order?

To order all you have to do is...

1. Pick a Mold
2. Pick an Insert ( if you want one)
3. Contact Us with what you want.
